Created in 1984, the group ZUR (Utopically Reconstructed Zone) gathers around a unique, open and single work, individuals who enjoy inventing collectively. Considering a creative act as the occasion for adventure and experience, we let our work be seen in unexpected places and we plant our camp imagining in situ, ever renewed devices that embrace, reject, question the place of their performance. Our action is based on the contamination of genres and artistic languages. As we have no speciality we work at a crossroad where painting, cinema, sculpture, acting and music meet, this elaborating installations as well as settings, (cine)scenography, (cine)concert or interventions in unforeseen places.
